Awakening the Inner Healer - A Holotropic Breathwork 5-day Workshop in Samothrace, Greece
Join us at the beautiful island of Samothrace for a holotropic breathwork workshop. Combine your deep inner journey with a trip to one of Greece’s most enigmatic islands. Samothrace is rich in history, myths and mystery. It is known for it’s charming towns with narrow cobblestoned streets, breathtaking landscapes, scattered natural pools, wild vegetation, and otherworldly beaches.
The workshop is led by psychiatrist, Heartmath and Holotropic facilitator, Jungian psychotherapist, and holistic medical doctor Konstantinos Fytopoulos.

Workshop information
This is a double breathwork workshop, so each participant will breathe twice and will sit twice also.
No experience necessary - the workshop is suitable for both experienced breathers and beginners.
The seminar will be conducted mainly in Greek, with English translation if necessary.
The seminar will be held at hotel https://www.mariva.gr/, just a few steps from the "paradise" pedestals, in Therma, on the sacred and mysterious island of Samothrace (where the ancient Greek mysteries were born).
Price
Early bird before 13.05.24: Rate for workshop including accommodation and full board. Shared double room: €730. Private single room €820. A deposit of €300 is required upon application.
For registration after 13.05.24 (and if there are still places available): Rate for workshop including accommodation and full board. Shared double room: €830. Private single room: €920.
Cancellation policy and refunds:
The €300 deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us or we find reason through your medical statement that participation is unfit for you.
The payment of the remaining amount is eligible for a full refund if you give notice 14 days or more before the workshop.

Konstantinos Fytopoulos
Konstantinos is trained in Jungian Depth Psychoanalysis, cognitive analytic psychotherapy and experiential group psychotherapy. Since 1998, he has studied and participated in "Responsibility-centric Experiential Psychotherapy". He has studied the self-awareness and therapeutic use of Theatre in Toronto and Berlin. He has presented and published numerous articles and works in journals and at medical conferences.
He is involved with Stanislav Grof's Transpersonal Psychology community and has practiced Holotropic Breathwork since 2011, and is a certified coach of HeartMath institute.
He practices and is involved with yoga and methods of inner growth and expansion of consciousness since 1987. He works as a homeopath, psychotherapist and psychiatrist, as of 2002 organizing and coordinating self-awareness experiential workshops in the Olympos mountain and throughout Greece.
His vision is the synthesis of methods of eastern and ancient esoteric traditions for expansion of consciousness, with the scientific, western psychotherapeutic methodology.
Mara Sola
Originally from Spain has been living and working in Norway since 2012. Mara is the founder of Holotropic Breathwork Skandinavia. She discovered Holotropic Breathwork and Transpersonal Psychology in 2015. Since then she has been interested in expanded states of consciousness, which have been a big part of her inner healing and understanding of her psyche. In 2018, Mara completed the Grof Transpersonal Training and participated in HB workshops in many countries in Europe. Mara is a globetrotter by heart and a visual artist in her everyday life. Mara perceives her growing transformation as the result of a long term commitment and dedicated time to self-cultivation in the quest of being. Mara also offers private HB sessions and personal consultations.
Evangelia Vlatsiou
Evangelia is a graduate of English Language & Literature and Holistic Yoga Teacher / Thai Massage Therapist, will offer morning yoga and translation into English.
